Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what you send us so we can quote and do the work. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone, and this website does not track you.

What we collect

Only what you hand us. If you fill in the quote form, that is your name, phone number, and optionally your email, along with the town, property type, service and whatever you write in the message box.

If you call, text or email us instead, we have whatever you tell us and your phone number or email address.

What this website collects on its own

Nothing.

• No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics or any equivalent.
• No cookies. This site does not set a single one, so there is no cookie banner to click through.
• No advertising or tracking pixels, and no third-party embeds.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, as any web host does. Those are used to serve the site and stop abuse. The quote form uses the IP address briefly to limit how often the same source can submit, which is what stops the form being used to send spam.

How we use it

To get back to you about your gutters. That is the whole list. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not contact you about anything you did not ask about.

How long we keep it

Quote form submissions are emailed to us and are not saved to any database. The record that exists is the email in our inbox, kept as long as it is useful for the job and our own records.

If that changes - if we ever start storing submissions - this page will be updated before we do it.

Who else sees it

Two service providers handle your message in the course of delivering it: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs the form, and our email provider, which delivers the message to our inbox. Neither uses it for anything else.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. Ever.

Facebook

We link to our Facebook page. That is an ordinary link - nothing is embedded here, and Facebook does not see you unless you click it. Once you are on Facebook, their privacy policy applies rather than ours.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it. Call or email using the details below. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will stop.

Children

This site is for people arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the bottom.
