What we do
Gutter Cleaning & Small Gutter Repairs
Two services, done properly, for homes, rentals and small commercial buildings across Lufkin and Angelina County.
Gutter Cleaning
We clear the gutters and downspouts by hand, flush them, and leave the site clean. You get photos of the work when we are done.
What is included
- Full hand clean-out of every gutter run
- Downspouts cleared and flushed until they run free
- Debris bagged and hauled off, not left in your beds
- Gutters checked for loose spikes, separated seams and sag
- Ground rinsed down where debris came off the roof
- Photos of the work sent when we finish
Who it is for
- Homeowners with pines or hardwoods near the roof
- Landlords and property managers between tenants
- Small commercial buildings
How often you need it
Twice a year is the baseline. If you have pines within about fifty feet of the roof, plan on three or four times a year.

Small Gutter Repairs
The small fixes that keep a working gutter working. If a repair is bigger than we can do properly, we will tell you rather than patch it.
What is included
- Re-securing loose or pulled-away gutter runs
- Replacing failed spikes and hangers
- Re-sealing leaking seams and end caps
- Re-setting downspouts and elbows that have come apart
- Correcting sections that hold water instead of draining
Who it is for
- Homeowners who see water running behind the gutter
- Anyone with a gutter pulling away from the fascia
- Rental and commercial property in need of quick fixes
How often you need it
As needed. We check for these problems on every cleaning visit and tell you what we find before doing any extra work.

Who we work for
Homes, rentals and small commercial
The work is the same. What changes is how we schedule it and who we report back to.
Homeowners
Single-family homes. We clean the full run, clear the downspouts and bag the debris.
Rental property
Landlords and property managers. We can work without the tenant being home and report back what we found.
Commercial
Small commercial buildings, offices and shops. Scheduled around your hours where we can.
East Texas timing
When to book, and why it is not once a year
In the Pineywoods the debris does not arrive in one go. Pine needles come down heaviest from September through December. Live oaks drop again in February and March. That is two separate loads on the same gutters.
Needles are the harder of the two. They knit into a mat that holds water and blocks the downspout, and they slip through most gutter guards instead of being turned away by them.
- Late autumn, after the needle drop
- The main clean of the year. Clears the heaviest load before winter rain.
- Early spring, after the oaks drop
- Catches the second shed most people do not know about.
- Extra visits under heavy pine
- With pines within about fifty feet of the roof, three or four a year is realistic rather than cautious.
